Job Description:

Telstra Kings Meadows store is hiring a Retail Consultant on a full-time basis. This is an opportunity for tech-curious problem solvers to build a career within a market leader in telecommunications. The role includes helping customers get connected and providing consultations on the latest tech and gadgets.

Job Responsibility:

Providing an exceptional in-store customer journey
empowering customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience
showcasing cutting-edge tech and gadgets
progressive sales approach and consultative service superpowers to support and provide solutions for customers

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
ability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
hunger to learn and grow within the role and beyond
love for being in a fast-paced, busy retail environment while providing excellent customer service
