Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will delight Telstra’s customers through outstanding customer service and empower them by identifying products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.

Job Responsibility:

Providing an exceptional in-store customer journey
showcasing knowledge of cutting-edge tech and gadgets
supporting and providing solutions for customers
achieving sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
ability to build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
love for a fast-paced, busy retail environment
readiness to learn and grow within the role and beyond
