Job Description:

Telstra is hiring a Retail Consultant to join the Launceston store on a full-time basis. Working in a Telstra Retail Store is an opportunity for tech-curious problem solvers to build a career within a market leader in telecommunications. The role is target-driven, with continuous training and a focus on providing solutions for customers through cutting-edge tech.

Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional in-store customer journey
identify products and services customers need to transform their telecommunications experience
continually train on the latest tech and gadgets
support and provide solutions to customers

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
capability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)
passion for being in a fast-paced, busy retail environment while providing excellent customer service
