As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra’s customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey and empowering customers with the right tech solutions. This part-time role is for tech-curious individuals interested in building a meaningful career with Telstra, an iconic Australian brand with a global footprint.

Job Responsibility:

Providing exceptional in-store customer service
collaborating with customers to identify their product and service needs
achieving sales targets and KPIs
staying updated on the latest tech and gadgets

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to easily build a connection with new and existing customers
ability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
hunger to learn and grow within the role and beyond
love for a fast-paced, busy retail environment
