Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Provide outstanding customer service
Provide an exceptional in-store customer journey
Empower customers by identifying products and services to transform their telecommunications experience
Support and provide solutions for customers through consultative service and sales approaches.

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
Ability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
Drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Hunger to learn and grow within the role and beyond
Enjoyment of being in a fast-paced, busy retail environment while providing excellent customer service.
