Job Description:

Telstra's Chatswood store is hiring a Retail Consultant for a part-time role. This opportunity is for tech-curious problem solvers to thrive within a market leader, offering meaningful careers and continuous training. Applicants must provide solutions for customers, meet KPIs, and work in a busy retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional in-store customer service
identify products and services to transform customers' telecommunications experience
achieve sales targets and KPIs
continuously learn about new technologies to better serve customers.

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to build connections with a variety of customers
ability to develop customized solutions for customers
drive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
eagerness to learn and grow within the role
ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while providing excellent customer service.
