Join our Telstra Karingal store as a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service and tech solutions. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment while helping customers connect with the best technology.

Job Responsibility:

Provide outstanding customer service
deliver an exceptional in-store customer journey
showcase knowledge of cutting-edge tech and gadgets
support and provide solutions for customers
achieve sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Ability to build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
ability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
eagerness to learn and grow within the role and beyond
experience in a customer-facing role
passion for fast-paced, busy retail environments while providing excellent customer service
