Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Telstra, you'll provide customer service and support solutions within a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment. You'll be part of a team that's trained on the latest technology and gadgets and focused on delighting Telstra’s customers.

Job Responsibility:

Provide an exceptional in-store customer journey
Empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience
Showcase knowledge of cutting-edge tech and gadgets
Support and provide solutions for customers
Contribute to team performance and sales targets

Requirements:

You're able to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
You can quickly develop customised solutions for customers
You’ve got a drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
You’re hungry to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)
You have experience in a customer-facing role
You love being in a fast-paced, busy retail environment, where you can spin plates, while still providing excellent customer service
