Job Responsibility:

Optimize sales and maintain profitability by guiding customers toward high-priority and best-selling products
Build customer relationships to understand their needs and ensure a positive shopping experience both in-store and remotely
Leverage expertise in IKEA's multi-channel retail offerings
Utilize fundamental measurement and construction techniques
Keep the area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked
Express enthusiasm for IKEA products by consistently expanding knowledge of their features and benefits
Understand the store and department action plans
Actively offer all the services available in IKEA to help customers make informed choices
Demonstrate the ability to analyze and adjust sales space capacities
Support the implementation and upkeep of planned and commercial activities
Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality

Requirements:

High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
2 years' relevant work experience
Experience in retail, preferably in the home furnishing sector
Experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs
