Job Responsibility:
Strategically provide the highest levels of service to PUMA customers within a Retail Store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals to position PUMA as the most desirable sports lifestyle brand in the world
Bring energy to the sales floor and deliver an awesome customer experience
Hit personal sales targets and support the store’s overall performance
Help customers find the right products for their sport, style, and lifestyle
Keep the store looking sharp with great visual presentation and well-organized stock
Support daily operations, including stock handling and loss prevention
Join team trainings, store activities, and exciting brand events
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment (apparel/footwear is a plus), with a strong results mindset
A proven sales winner who consistently beats targets, thrives in commission-driven roles, and delivers standout customer service
Confident communicator with the ability to handle challenges on the floor and engage customers individually or in group settings
