Job Description:

As our Retail Store Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide a unique, immersive shopping experience, bringing our online presence into the real world. The goal of the Retail Store Associate is to excite customers with this new and exciting IRL experience!

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Maintain an elevated standard of visual merchandising and store standards
  • Keep sales floor replenished
  • Unpack and prepare merchandise as it arrives at the store to be merchandised
  • Provide a unique, immersive shopping experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
  • An upbeat, high-energy demeanor
  • Great sense of style
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Nice to have:

  • Passion for fashion and a knack for customer service
  • Obsessed with all-things fashion and pop culture
  • Positive, high-energy, highly motivated
