Job Responsibility:
Welcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable in the environment and educate them about the brand
Build and cultivate long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients
Meet individual and store sales targets and goals
Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the end result of improving sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction
Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1+ years of Sales experience (eyewear, jewelry, fashion a plus)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with all partners and clients
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with outstanding negotiation and presentation skills
Self-starter with a positive, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for eyewear and quality design
Genuine passion and advocate of diversity and inclusion and integrates this mentality when making all business decisions (both internal and external)
Has a flexible schedule as occasional evening and weekend work may be required
Nice to have:
An optician license or certification is preferred, but not required
