Job Description:

Assist management in day-to-day store maintenance while providing excellent service and observing and maintaining all store policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist management in day-to-day store maintenance
  • Provide excellent service
  • Observe and maintain all store policies and procedures
  • Ensure the highest level of adidas service is given to each customer
  • Complete sales transactions involving cash, credit, checks
  • Assist with ticketing of products and checking paperwork against items received
  • Assist in product flow from stockroom to sales floor
  • Ensure Company assets and stock are secured to alleviate shrinkage
  • Assist in the development of displays of merchandise
  • Attain proficiency with the point-of-sale system
  • Use selling techniques such as add on sales and describing technical information
  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the right product
  • Serve as a Greeter at the front door during busy workdays
  • Maintain general housekeeping standards
  • Safekeeping of Company assets

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate
  • 2 - 4 years of retail experience
  • Excellent customer service
  • Meeting sales goals
  • Selling to customer needs
  • People skills
  • High energy levels
