Job Responsibility:

  • Greet customers and create personal connections to encourage repeat visits
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
  • Review daily sales goals and stay informed about current promotions and top-selling items
  • Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
  • Use electronic devices and cash register to process transactions accurately
  • Share loyalty program benefits and ensure a positive checkout experience
  • Collaborate with teammates to support a productive and respectful work environment

Requirements:

  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to read and comprehend employment policies and safety rules in English
  • Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to perform tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching
  • Good vision including color and depth perception
  • Comfort using technology such as handheld equipment and cash registers

Nice to have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency with electronic devices and cash registers
  • Ability to understand and follow employment policies and safety procedures
  • Team player with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Comfortable with sales goal challenges and customer engagement
