maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and fitting rooms
update merchandise displays, signage, and pricing
achieve daily sales goals through smart selling behaviors

Requirements:
flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
dependable attendance and punctuality
ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
read and understand employment policies and safety procedures
comfort with electronic device usage
ability to meet daily sales goal challenges
physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds
capability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level
good vision including color vision and depth perception
high school diploma or equivalent
previous retail or customer service experience preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
basic proficiency with electronic devices and cash registers
