Job Description:

Opportunity to join IKEA as Retail Sales Associate in Columbus, Ohio. Full-time and part-time positions available. Role involves advising customers on home solutions, maintaining the sales floor, and acting as an expert on home furnishing products and services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting customers and providing advice on the best solutions for their homes
  • keeping the sales floor tidy, priced, and fully stocked
  • acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of home furnishing solutions, products, and services
  • guiding customers toward top-selling and prioritized products
  • assembling display products for new product introduction

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years old
  • authorized to work in the US
  • retail environment experience
  • open availability between 8am-11pm, especially weekends (Fri-Sun)
  • 1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector
