What you'll be doing day to day: Actively approach customers, identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions. • Keep area of responsibility clean, tidy, accurately priced and fully stocked, maintaining IKEA basic merchandising standards. • Actively learn about relevant product features and benefits, sharing this knowledge with customers and co-workers. • Seek support and guidance from co-workers and stakeholders.
