As a Sleep Coach, you’ll be a trusted guide for customers on their sleep health journey. You’ll work collaboratively to deliver exceptional service, drive business growth, and uphold our reputation for excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Achieve sales targets while delivering compassionate, solution‑focused service
Coach customers through their sleep health journey, offering tailored recommendations
Stay up to date with Resmed’s product training and knowledge
Manage client follow-ups, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records
Ensure clinic presentation meets high standards—stock management, cleanliness, and organization
Maintain and reprocess trial equipment
Liaise confidently with third parties when needed
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in retail or customer service, with multitasking skills
Detail-oriented: POS, cash handling, and visual merchandising experience
Calm & compassionate: Able to support customers with empathy, even under pressure
A strong communicator: Adaptable, confident, and solution-focused
Tech-savvy: Familiarity with MYOB, Noxturnal or Coreplus is a plus
Healthcare-minded: Background in pharmacy or healthcare is preferred
Flexible: Availability to work on Sundays is required as part of the store’s operating schedule
