As a Sleep Coach, you will be the face of Resmed in our retail clinic. Your mission is to create an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and supporting people on their sleep health journey. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards, working towards driving revenue, increased business growth and superior market reputation.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver exceptional service – greet customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
Achieve sales targets – recommend products and services that improve sleep quality
Maintain store standards – keep displays fresh, manage stock, and ensure the clinic looks amazing
Product expertise – complete training and stay up-to-date on ResMed’s innovative solutions
Customer follow-up – build relationships, check progress, and ensure satisfaction
Operational tasks – handle POS transactions, cash management, and general admin duties
Equipment care – maintain and check trial devices for customer use
Requirements:
Retail or customer service experience (2+ years preferred)
Sales-driven mindset
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Tech savvy – POS experience
Salesforce and Shopify knowledge is a bonus
Healthcare or pharmacy background? Fantastic, but not essential
Flexibility – available for rotating rosters, weekends, and public holidays
