Work alongside the store team, collaboratively supporting the Store Manager in delivering sustainable and profitable sales growth
Contribute to store targets, driving innovative yet effective sales with decorative paints and sundry items
Identify potential new customers, establish positive relationships and open customer accounts regularly
Serve a customer base from passing one-off customers through to builders and trades people
