Job Responsibility:
Achievement of individual sales targets set by the business on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Ensure all administration associated with the role is completed correctly and within agreed timeframes
Ensure you consistently deliver a first class experience to all our customers
Keep updated on new products and services to be able to advise our customers accordingly
Take ownership of your customer's queries or needs, dealing with them in a positive manner to ensure that all aspects are resolved and/or seen through to completion
Requirements:
Ability to take ownership of customer's experience and issues to achieve a positive outcome
Flexibility on working hours due to the opening and closing times of our stores
Strong communicator with ability to tailor style depending on audience
Self-motivated, outgoing and energetic
Enjoy working on own and as part of wider team to achieve customer satisfaction and important metrics
