Job Responsibility
Create and maintain rapport with customers, understand and meet their needs, and deliver a brilliant customer experience while exceeding sales targets
Provide expert knowledge of Vodafone products, services, and processes
Act with good conduct, ensuring customers are given correct and relevant information
Deliver exceptional service and take personal ownership for meeting customer needs
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and ensure compliance against key metrics
Undertake regular learning and development and align with company and FCA requirements
Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines
Partake in Vodafone's security vetting process when required
