Job Description:

Retail Sales Advisor to join the B2C team as part of the M Energy Customer Solutions Division at the Protergia store in Arta. The role involves ensuring outstanding customer experience, being the first point of contact for customers, offering personalized assistance and expert guidance to help them find products and services that meet their needs.

Job Responsibility:

Providing personalized customer support
Demonstrating excellent product knowledge
Understanding customers' needs and offer the appropriate product/service
Keep up with sales targets of the store
Handling complaints efficiently while maintaining customer loyalty
Providing after-sales assistance and resolving issues
Following up on customer requests for timely resolution
Managing cash transactions securely
Organizing store displays and maintaining cleanliness

Requirements:

2 years experience in Sales environment
Experience in Energy Sector is an asset
Continuous Learning, adaptability and attention to detail
Strong Problem Solving and Decision-making skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in English, both written and verbal

Nice to have:

Experience in Energy Sector
