Retail sales advisor

• Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience
• Till work including processing cash and card payments
• Gaining and building upon Product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers
• Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add on sales and upselling
• Merchandising/display
• Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls
• Supporting in receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock

• Recent retail store and customer service experience in a customer facing role
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Retail and/or customer service qualifications would be advantageous
