Job Description

Join our retail teams to be the friendly face our customers see as they walk into one of our stores. Where it’s our job to connect with our customers, helping them to get the most out of their technology, whilst providing an outstanding and memorable experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Create & maintain rapport with the customer
  • Understand and meet customer needs
  • Deliver a brilliant customer experience that is right first time
  • Exceed sales targets both individually and as a team
  • Approach every interaction as an opportunity to increase revenue and customer experience
  • Use solution-based selling
  • Offer products and services that meet the customer’s needs
  • Provide expert knowledge of Vodafone products, services, and processes
  • Always act with good conduct
  • Ensure customers are given correct and relevant information
  • Deliver exceptional service
  • Take personal ownership for meeting customer needs
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets
  • Ensure compliance against key metrics
  • Undertake regular learning and development
