Retail Representative II

• Provides excellent customer service to patients, employees, and guests
• Responsible for Serving customers food and coffee in a clean and welcoming environment
• Provides excellent customer service to all customers
• Creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Provides goods and services based on customer’s requests
• Works with the management team to source products to be sold
• Completes daily, weekly, and monthly inventory to determine needs and orders accordingly
• Communicates with vendors as needed to maintain proper supply of products
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment
• Follows proper safety standards in accordance with regulatory and University guidelines
• Stocks all areas using proper HACCP procedures and rotates products accordingly
• Completes all mandatory training as required
• May train and/or mentor new or lower-level staff
• Other duties as assigned

• High School diploma and 1 year service or customer service experience required
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to work well with others/the public required

Serv-Safe food certificate upon hire preferred
