The Retail Product & Services Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and delivering Vodafone’s retail proposition across devices, accessories, and technology-related services. The role leads a large, multidisciplinary team (20+ FTEs) and owns the end-to-end commercial performance of retail products and services. It plays a critical role in positioning Vodafone as a destination for technology, ensuring strong execution across retail channels and a compelling, differentiated customer experience. This is a high-impact role combining team leadership, commercial ownership, retail marketing, and operational control, with direct influence on revenue, margin, and in-store performance.
Job Responsibility:
Define and deliver Vodafone’s retail proposition across devices, accessories, and technology-related services
Lead a large, multidisciplinary team (20+ FTEs)
Own end-to-end commercial performance of retail products and services
Position Vodafone as a destination for technology
Ensure strong execution across retail channels and a compelling, differentiated customer experience
Define and execute retail products and services strategy
Own full commercial performance and P&L
Drive retail marketing and customer experience excellence
Lead services development, purchasing, and cross functional alignment
Requirements:
8-12+ years of experience in retail, commercial, product, or marketing roles with proven experience leading large teams (15–20+ people), including managers
Strong track record of P&L ownership and delivering commercial results
Deep understanding of retail business dynamics (products, merchandising, sell-out drivers) combined with solid understanding of purchasing, supply chain, and stock management principles
Experience in consumer electronics, telco, or technology-driven environments is highly desirable
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability, high level of ownership, accountability, and results orientation
