Job Description

The Retail Product & Services Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and delivering Vodafone’s retail proposition across devices, accessories, and technology-related services. The role leads a large, multidisciplinary team (20+ FTEs) and owns the end-to-end commercial performance of retail products and services. It plays a critical role in positioning Vodafone as a destination for technology, ensuring strong execution across retail channels and a compelling, differentiated customer experience. This is a high-impact role combining team leadership, commercial ownership, retail marketing, and operational control, with direct influence on revenue, margin, and in-store performance.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in retail, commercial, product, or marketing roles with proven experience leading large teams (15–20+ people), including managers
  • Strong track record of P&L ownership and delivering commercial results
  • Deep understanding of retail business dynamics (products, merchandising, sell-out drivers) combined with solid understanding of purchasing, supply chain, and stock management principles
  • Experience in consumer electronics, telco, or technology-driven environments is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability, high level of ownership, accountability, and results orientation
