Retail Postage Sorter Relief

Role details: Our relief team members will be allocated shifts at multiple Post Offices within a geographical location. Ability to work at multiple locations with availability for both morning and afternoon shifts across our operational hours of Monday - Saturday is a requirement of this position. 3 hour shift, 5 days per week. Your roster will include working at all of the following locations: Altona, Altona North, Point Cook, Tarneit, Werribee, Werribee Plaza and Hoppers Corssing Business Centre. Shift times after training rostered between : Monday to Friday 6:00am - 6:00pm, occasional Saturday 8.30am - 1.30pm. Supportive training provided on commencement in role at Post Office. Pay Rate $28.12 per hour increases to $30.07 per hour after 3 months + 12% Superannuation. About the opportunity: As our Retail Postage Sorter, you’ll play an important part in keeping millions of Australians connected. As you’d expect, plenty of mail comes through our Post Offices and delivery facilities every day – and our mail sorting teams make sure every delivery gets where it needs to. You’ll be: Manually sorting all mail arriving at the workplace. Sorting and distributing mail into relevant PO Boxes. Assisting and/or performing administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance.
