Job Description

As our Retail Pharmacy Tech you will you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, ensuring the safe and accurate processing of prescriptions within a highly regulated environment. You will uphold all state and federal regulations, including rigorous record-keeping and infection prevention standards, directly contributing to our commitment to patient safety and operational excellence. This role is fundamental to supporting licensed pharmacists and maintaining the efficient workflow of our pharmacy operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Precise prescription data entry
  • Efficient insurance billing
  • Preparation and filling of medications
  • Primary contact for retail pharmacy customers, handling cashiering duties and demonstrating exceptional service
  • Performing accurate pharmaceutical calculations
  • Manage inventory, track orders, stock medications, and operate automated dispensing systems

Requirements

  • Registered/licensed Pharmacy Tech in the State of NE required prior to start date
  • Active CPT-EXCPT or CPT-PTCB or CPHT certification in good standing is required after one year from the registration/licensure date
