This is an exciting opportunity for a Retail Manager to join our fast-paced, growing business! The primary role of the Retail Manager is to lead and manage employees, working alongside the Managing Pharmacist.

Job Responsibility

  • Financial Stewardship: Achieve financial objectives related to labor costs, revenue generation, and gross margins for the pharmacy department
  • Quality & Compliance: Implement and evaluate performance improvement initiatives
  • ensure the department's effectiveness in meeting clinical and service expectations
  • ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and professional standards
  • Pharmaceutical Care: Function as a working pharmacist, providing pharmaceutical care activities and related services in accordance with established policies, procedures, State and Federal regulatory requirements, and Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission-approved protocols
  • Problem Solving: Assist staff with technical and clinical department activities and expertly troubleshoot and resolve complex retail pharmaceutical care issues
