Job Description

Join our CHI Health Clinici Pharmacy and practice in a setting where patient care and service excellence come first. In partnership with the Pharmacy Manager, you’ll deliver safe, accurate, and efficient pharmaceutical care while helping drive operational and financial performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Accurately dispense prescription and OTC medications in compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations
  • Provide patient counseling and drug education to patients and healthcare providers
  • Perform thorough drug utilization reviews to ensure safety and optimal therapy outcomes
  • Oversee and support pharmacy technicians and ancillary staff workflow
  • Collaborate with providers and insurance companies to resolve prescription and coverage issues
  • Support inventory management, quality initiatives, and operational efficiency
  • Administer immunizations and participate in MTM, collaborative practice agreements, and bedside delivery programs

Requirements

  • BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy
  • Active Pharmacist License in good standing in the state of Nebraska
  • BLS-CPR

Nice to have

  • One year of work experience in a retail pharmacy setting
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
  • Retail pharmacy experience preferred
  • Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient safety
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
