Job Description:

This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in Camp Hill, PA. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule is three days a week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring a Retail Payments Specialist to join our Accounting team! The Retail Payments Specialist is responsible for assisting with day-to-day armored car operations across North America. This position collaborates regularly with our internal banking team, field teams, and loss prevention team along with our armored car vendor partners to ensure operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor, track, and address day-to-day armored car operations such as missed pickups and change order discrepancies
  • Create and manage cases in external vendor platforms for cash-in-transit concerns and follow up as necessary
  • Address ServiceNow tickets submitted by the store teams relating to safe issues and missed pickups
  • Work with the banking team to track outstanding claims
  • Export reporting from external vendor platforms
  • Participate in weekly/monthly meetings with our armored car vendors
  • discuss concerns as necessary
  • Assist the department on other operational tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in an operations role helpful
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer use experience and ability to learn new software and systems
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
