Job Description

Retail Outlet Executive considers as Company ambassador as he/she must ensure the highest customer service standards, reinforce a positive customer relationship, and become the customer’s trusted advisor in accordance with Aramex values.

Job Responsibility

  • Attend to all walk-in customers’ needs promptly
  • Serve walk-in customers and provide full information and advice
  • Manage and meet customer expectations
  • Sustain high customer satisfactory service lever
  • Provide excellent customer service for cash clients as per Aramex CS standards
  • Sell cash shipments “Outbound”
  • Attending to cash customers and fulfil their requirements, solve their problem, follow up their cases and update them
  • Promote Aramex campaigns for customers
  • Collaborate with the team of achieve the team objectives
  • Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically
  • Ensure outlet customer satisfaction at all time
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complain to retain customers

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience as driver, preferably in the logistics and shipping industry
