Job Responsibility:

Support the Retail Director: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the team running efficiently
Create and Distribute Reports: Compile performance data and share insights with the team
Monitor Stock Levels and Costs: Keep an eye on inventory to ensure we meet customer demand while managing costs effectively
Liaise with Stores: Coordinate with store teams to manage stock movement and ensure alignment
Assist with Campaign Implementation: Collaborate on marketing initiatives that resonate with our brand values
Order IT Equipment: Ensure our teams have the necessary tools to succeed
Manage Health and Safety: Oversee compliance and promote a safe working environment in our stores

Requirements:

A flair for multitasking and juggling various responsibilities with grace
Excellent relationship-building skills to foster strong communication with colleagues and store teams
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics to support decision-making
Advanced Excel skills is a must have
An eye for detail to ensure accuracy in reports and operational tasks
