BOUTIQUE DAILY OPERATIONS & CONTROL: Ensure the implementation of retail routines, retail operational checks across AP House and boutiques, ensuring compliance with retail policies, procedures and Retail Ops guidelines. Act as primary point of contact for boutiques regarding daily operational inquiries and maintenance requests, and commercial facility-related matters. Provide first-level support to boutique teams on IT digital tools (Ivalua, Sales Force, M3, etc.). Support the onboarding and training of boutique staff in procedures & retail systems. Coordinate uniform distribution for new joiners with vendors and monitor boutique staff’s wardrobe and grooming standards. Support follow-up and implementation of HQ projects (e.g. New Openings, Pop-up, etc.). HOSPITALITY: Coordinate with hospitality partners and vendors to curate AP welcome experiences, including gifts and hospitality materials for clients. Support the preparation of materials and logistics for internal events and meetings. Assist in hospitality training initiatives under the supervision of Retail Ops team and collaborate with stakeholders to develop relevant training programs (e.g. F&B, dining etiquette, luxury lifestyle, etc.). Assist in organizing client events including welcoming and hosting local and international VIP clients (e.g. travel arrangements, hosting, HQ visits). OTHERS: Manage procurement requests (PR, PO, GR), invoices and expenses claim via Ivalua. Coordinate with external agencies and support supplier creation and follow-up for retail-related.

Requirements:
Preferably, bachelor’s degree in business administration or luxury service-related field
At least 3-5 years in retail business & luxury industry preferably in retail related environment
Knowledge of luxury retail business & client service
Deep knowledge of retail operation systems such as Y2, Salesforce etc.
Positive, efficient and proactive communication skills (oral and written)
Proficient communication skills in written/verbal English
