We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Operations Manager to oversee and optimize store performance across multiple locations. This role is critical in driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and building a high-performing retail team aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily operations across assigned retail stores to ensure smooth and efficient execution
Drive sales performance and achieve business targets through strong planning and execution
Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and implement actionable strategies to improve performance
Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and frontline teams to build a strong sales culture
Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, VM standards, and brand guidelines across all stores
Manage manpower planning, staff productivity, and cost control
Identify operational gaps and continuously improve processes to enhance customer experience
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Merchandising, HR) to support business initiatives
Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews
Requirements:
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Proven track record in managing multiple stores and driving sales growth
