Ideally experienced in working with large grocery clients
Competent in admin, warehouse and shop floor procedures
Knowledgeable and experienced in display and merchandising techniques, especially planograms, line drawings and fixture layouts

Job Responsibility

Lead a merchandising team delivering a variety of projects on time and to a high standard across large grocery clients
Responsible for team health and safety and ensuring customers and store colleagues are safe
Ensure all work is done to project specification by supporting and managing all team members
Point of contact for Store Manager and Project Manager, ensuring issues are raised and resolved
Manage onsite project including understanding scope, prepping with Store Manager, setting daily work scope, communicating progress, ensuring completion
Manage onsite team including appearance, punctuality, breaks
Lead, motivate, develop and inspire team
Ensure team treats company property with care
Maintain Health and Safety standards
Operate with a solution-focused attitude
