Job Description:

The Retail Media Sales Supervisor is a part of the Global Digital Experience team and focuses on driving revenue growth through strategic media sales, leveraging Circle K's growing digital platforms. Responsibilities include managing partnerships, creating marketing strategies, and cultivating media sales pipelines.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive media sales and cultivate a robust pipeline of opportunities in the US market
  • Learn and begin to lead the development and activation of Omni-Channel and Customized marketing plans for CPGs
  • Assist in helping manage relationships with key partners, while building effective communication strategies, and synergy across internal teams, the partner and external entities/agencies
  • Negotiate effectively with clients to finalize planning and pricing details
  • Build comprehensive partner recap documents for each campaign in collaboration with analytics, marketing, merchandising and other key LOBs
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights for business optimization
  • Cultivate strategic marketing plans to attract and retain clients, leveraging our diverse platforms
  • Proactively engage with new prospects
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and marketing acumen in sales approach
  • Work cross collaboratively to help explore and develop additional revenue streams across all channels
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and revenue forecasts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 3-5 years media sales experience, preferably in retail media sales, trade channel marketing, agency sales or other related area
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM tools
  • Be able to adapt to rapidly changing environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Ideal candidate would be a self-starter and comfortable working cross functionally and as part of a team
  • Maintain a positive team attitude and professional demeanor
  • Is fluent in English, both oral and written
