As the Retail Media Lead at Haypp Group, you will be the strategic architect behind our rapidly evolving retail media ecosystem. With a footprint spanning 7 countries and 16 e-commerce platforms, we are looking for a visionary leader to scale our current offering into a world-class advertising network. You won't just be managing a product, you’ll be bridging the gap between technology, data, and commercial execution. Your mission is to maximize the value of our first-party data and digital real estate, creating a seamless experience for our brand partners while driving significant incremental revenue for the Group.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute the global retail media strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance our current offering across all 16 platforms
  • Act as the central hub between Tech, Marketing, and Data teams to build scalable ad tech solutions and measurement frameworks
  • Provide guidance and best practices to Local Retail Media Managers, ensuring global consistency with local relevance
  • Partner with the Product and Tech teams to implement new ad formats (on-site, off-site, and social) and improve self-service capabilities
  • Work closely with the Data team to refine audience segmentation and attribution modelling, proving ROI for our brand partners
  • Support the sales process by developing compelling media kits, pricing strategies, and performance reporting standards

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in Retail Media, AdTech, or E-commerce strategy
  • Strong understanding of ad servers, SSP/DSPs, and first-party data activation
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights for advertisers
  • Proven track requirement in managing stakeholders in a matrixed or international organization
  • Fluent in English, ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
