Haypp Group is scaling its Retail Media offering, and we’re now looking for an experienced Ad Operations Manager to build and own our ad operations function from the ground up. This is a foundational role within the Media Partnerships team, with the person responsible for owning and scaling our ad operations capabilities from the ground up. As Ad Operations Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for everything related to campaign setup, tracking, and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with Retail Media Managers, Retail Media Analysts, and our Product & Inventory teams to ensure campaigns are delivered flawlessly and smarter over time. Since this is a new role, you’ll have a big influence on how things are done, not just that they get done you’ll design the frameworks that make them efficient, measurable, and scalable
Job Responsibility:
Be the subject-matter expert for ad tech and ad operations, setting standards, defining best practices
Build processes, workflows, and documentation for ad operations
Set up, manage, and QA campaigns to ensure correct delivery and tracking
Ensure tracking, measurement, and reporting are correctly implemented, functioning and scalable
Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in current ways of working and improve them
Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and performance issues proactively
Drive efficiency and scalability in how we work with campaigns and data
Collaborate closely with Retail Media Managers to support commercial success
Partner with Retail Media Analysts to ensure data accuracy and insight readiness
Work with Product & Inventory teams to align ad delivery with platform capabilities
Requirements:
4-5+ years experience in ad operations, campaign management, or similar roles within digital media operations
Strong understanding and hands-on experience of tracking, pixels, tags, troubleshooting and campaign measurement
Proven ability to build or improve ad operations processes and ways of working
A structured mindset with a passion for improving processes and ways of working
Comfortable working cross-functionally with commercial, analytical, and technical teams and stakeholders
A self-starter who enjoys ownership and building things from scratch
Highly structured, detail-oriented, and proactive
Nice to have:
Experience working with Kevel, as well as within Retail Media platforms are beneficial but not necessary
