We are hiring a Retail Marketplace Manager to manage and grow our presence across major retail marketplaces, including Wayfair, Bed Bath & Beyond, Walmart Marketplace, Overstock, and similar platforms. This role is responsible for marketplace operations, advertising, inventory coordination, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable managing multiple channels while driving profitable growth.
Job Responsibility:
Managing day-to-day operations across assigned retail marketplaces
Creating, uploading, and maintaining product listings with accurate content and optimization
Monitoring pricing, content quality, and product performance to maximize conversions
Launching, managing, and optimizing marketplace advertising campaigns
Tracking inventory levels and coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams to prevent stockouts
Generating weekly and monthly performance reports covering sales, advertising, and inventory health
Providing feedback and insights on what is working and what is not to help shape future marketplace strategies
Requirements:
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
2+ years of experience managing retail marketplaces (Wayfair, Bed Bath & Beyond, Walmart Marketplace, Overstock, Amazon, or similar)
Hands-on experience managing marketplace backend portals and product listings
Experience launching and optimizing on-platform marketplace advertising campaigns
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for performance tracking and analysis
Great organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate insights and performance results clearly to stakeholders
Confident decision-maker who can prioritize tasks independently
Ability to create, refine, and improve efficient marketplace and reporting workflows
Data-driven mindset with a focus on revenue, ROAS, and inventory health
