Lead and execute Retail Marketing activities to support new vehicle sales across the region. This position follows a hybrid work model. Being on-site 3 times per week is required.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and execute Retail Marketing activities to support new vehicle sales across the region
Conduct market analysis and develop Retail Marketing strategies and tactics to achieve regional objectives
Analyze the regional marketing mix and define commercial policies and incentives for new vehicle sales
Oversee regional Retail communication planning
Coordinate suppliers, including advertising agencies, media, and event partners
Review, analyze, and approve communication materials developed by agencies
Provide guidance and alignment to the Dealer Network regarding N2 and N3 Retail initiatives
Coordinate and execute regional events such as fairs, new vehicle showcases, promotional activities within the Dealer Network, agribusiness events, and other commercial activations
Monitor market competitiveness, evaluate regional competition, and prepare proposals for the incentives team
Perform weekly tracking of sales performance and competitor activity, proposing initiatives to boost or protect sales volume
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Humanities, Advertising, International Relations, or related fields
Minimum of 5 years of experience in general marketing
Advanced English required
Strong sense of autonomy and ownership, with the ability to manage tasks end-to-end
Strategic thinking and effective decision‑making
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in both digital and offline environments
Indirect leadership capabilities to coordinate with team leads and communication partners
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others
High adaptability and problem‑solving orientation in dynamic environments
Preferably with experience in retail, sales, or commercial strategy
Nice to have:
Experience in Retail Marketing within the automotive desirable
Proven track record managing multi-agency ecosystems and communication campaigns
Experience leading regional initiatives involving Dealer Networks or commercial partners
Strong analytical profile with the ability to translate insights into commercial actions
Experience in event planning and large-scale BTL activations
