Job Description:

Lead and execute Retail Marketing activities to support new vehicle sales across the region. This position follows a hybrid work model. Being on-site 3 times per week is required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and execute Retail Marketing activities to support new vehicle sales across the region
  • Conduct market analysis and develop Retail Marketing strategies and tactics to achieve regional objectives
  • Analyze the regional marketing mix and define commercial policies and incentives for new vehicle sales
  • Oversee regional Retail communication planning
  • Coordinate suppliers, including advertising agencies, media, and event partners
  • Review, analyze, and approve communication materials developed by agencies
  • Provide guidance and alignment to the Dealer Network regarding N2 and N3 Retail initiatives
  • Coordinate and execute regional events such as fairs, new vehicle showcases, promotional activities within the Dealer Network, agribusiness events, and other commercial activations
  • Monitor market competitiveness, evaluate regional competition, and prepare proposals for the incentives team
  • Perform weekly tracking of sales performance and competitor activity, proposing initiatives to boost or protect sales volume

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Humanities, Advertising, International Relations, or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in general marketing
  • Advanced English required
  • Strong sense of autonomy and ownership, with the ability to manage tasks end-to-end
  • Strategic thinking and effective decision‑making
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in both digital and offline environments
  • Indirect leadership capabilities to coordinate with team leads and communication partners
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others
  • High adaptability and problem‑solving orientation in dynamic environments
  • Preferably with experience in retail, sales, or commercial strategy

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Retail Marketing within the automotive desirable
  • Proven track record managing multi-agency ecosystems and communication campaigns
  • Experience leading regional initiatives involving Dealer Networks or commercial partners
  • Strong analytical profile with the ability to translate insights into commercial actions
  • Experience in event planning and large-scale BTL activations
