Lead the charge in bringing the Blank Street brand to life across all stores in the US. Lead the entire retail marketing ecosystem - from managing day-to-day store support and in-store merchandising to executing seasonal collateral updates and rolling out new merch. Play a key role in all new store openings, overseeing everything from soft launches to grand openings.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the go-to expert for all in-store marketing needs
Own the retail marketing strategy & execution for all new store launches
Stay tapped into social trends and pop culture to shape marketing strategy
Work with diverse partners including creative design, field leaders, and external agencies
Be responsible for amplifying the brand across multiple customer touch points
Collaborate with analytics and strategy teams to inform and evaluate marketing KPIs
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in retail marketing
Food & beverage and/or high growth startup experience preferred
Hands-on mindset with a passion for scrappy problem-solving
Creative brain that thinks beyond limits
Data-driven approach to decisions
Keen eye for detail and strong project management skills
Positive, collaborative, can-do attitude
Proactive team player able to coordinate multiple projects independently
Ability to thrive in a vibrant, ever-changing environment
