Job Responsibility:
Lead the execution and optimization of innovative pilot experiences within retail locations
Oversee in-store marketing initiatives and events from conception to completion
Ensure all elements of retail experiences are well-executed, impactful, and aligned with strategic goals
Contribute to transforming retail spaces into engaging and valued destinations for customers and communities
Collaborate to drive stronger customer engagement, business growth, and sustained value through enhanced in-store experiences
Requirements:
3+ years of marketing or store operations experience with strong retail and consumer insights
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with dynamic retail environments and navigating complex, matrixed organizations
