The primary role of the Retail Manager is to lead and manage employees, working alongside the Managing Pharmacist. Our team members work in our pharmacies throughout their shift, often standing for long periods. Stock replenishment can involve repeated movements and lifting heavier items.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting with customer service queries
Coordinating staff recruitment
Coordinating staff training and development activities
Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed
Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety
Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture
Requirements:
Ability to manage underperforming staff and other staffing issues that may arise
