Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Retail Manager (Multi-Outlet) to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. We are seeking an experienced manager with a passion for leadership and retail operations to join our team. This isn't just a job. Job Responsibility:

  • leading the Retail and Ayers Rock Designs team in produce presentation and merchandising
  • driving sales revenue by enhancing the average spend of guests and residents
  • ensuring profit targets are met
  • daily management of staff
  • ensuring staff are aligned with the business's short, medium, and long-term plans
  • providing excellent service to both internal and external customers
  • maintaining compliance measures, including conducting daily temperature checks and weights calibration
  • overseeing and managing all aspects of the retail multi-site outlet operations
