We are looking for a highly strategic and commercially-minded (Senior) Retail Manager to lead our retail. Unlike a traditional operational role, this position demands a candidate who views retail through the lens of business logic and scalable systems. You will be responsible for translating brand vision into sustainable commercial success, optimizing retail ecosystems, and building a high-performing management culture.
Job Responsibility:
Commercial Strategy & Business Logic: Analyze complex market data to identify growth drivers
Systemic Operational Excellence: Develop and refine standardized retail SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Portfolio Management: Oversee the P&L of the retail network, managing budgets, CAPEX, and OPEX with rigorous financial discipline
Talent Architecture & Leadership: Build a robust talent pipeline
Omni-channel Integration: Drive the synergy between physical retail and digital platforms, ensuring a seamless customer journey
Requirements:
8+ years in retail management within premium/luxury or high-growth consumer sectors, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit leadership role
Strong logical reasoning and a deep understanding of retail financial metrics
Proven track record of building or optimizing retail management systems and operational frameworks
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the maturity to manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead large, diverse teams
