Job Description:

As a Retail Manager at TUI, you will lead a team to become destination experts, delivering exceptional sales and service results by recommending and selling holidays, cruises, UK breaks, and other products. You’ll ensure that all customers are at the heart of the business, solving complaints and driving growth through improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.

investigate and resolve complaints
