Primarily responsible for food service at an assigned retail food location
Assist manager in establishing systems for ordering, receiving, storing, preparing and serving food
Ensure requirements for sanitation and safety levels
Directly supervise two or more employees with responsibility for hiring, discipline, performance reviews
Assist in location forecast and accounting
Conduct period inventory
Coordinate activities with other internal departments
Interface with vendors and key service users
Manage Front of House dining operations
Develop and implement retail services plans to improve service, quality and profitability
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience
1-3 years of experience in a management role
Previous experience in retail
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong communication skills
Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
