Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Retail Manager - IGA to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. Key Duties: Leading the IGA Supermarket team in product presentation and merchandising. Driving sales revenue by enhancing the average spend of guests and residents, and ensuring that profit targets are met. Daily management of staff, ensuring that they are aligned with the business's short, medium, and long-term plans. Maintain IGA compliance measures, including conducting daily temperature checks and weights calibration.
